Spathi Beach Suites Kea consists of three main independent volumes, which are centrally located on the plot, with an amphitheater layout for the full use of the view.

The architectural composition of the complex is formed following the traditional and morphological characteristics of Tzia (Cycladic - traditional architecture) while incorporating modern aesthetics and design.

The design idea aims to create a unique identity of the accommodation and to create a completely unique experience for the visitor.

Inspired by the sea, we convey the feeling of blue, crystal clear water and light in the rooms. In combination with the materiality found on the island, a space full of colors and games of light is created, always respecting the traditional character of the area.
